Basic Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 7 g instant yeast
- 420 g all purpose flour
- 5 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Warm milk to about 110 degrees, and soften butter.
Measure out flour into 180 g and 210 g portions.
Stir together milk and yeast. Add 180g flour, then butter, sugar, egg, and salt. Beat until well combined.
Add remaining flour, knead with dough hook until dough is sticky. Add more flour, one or two tablespoons at a time, until it's just tacky. Continue to knead for a couple more minutes.
Place dough in an oiled bowl and rise about 45 min.
Punch down and shape into 15 rolls. Place in a 9x13 baking dish.
Rise again, about 30 minutes.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Immediately brush with melted butter.
