Country Style Ribs

Ingredients
Rub
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp black pepper
Braise
- 2 lbs boneless pork ribs
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp liquid smoke (optional)
Instructions
Mix rub, then coat the ribs. Rest for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 325.
Slice an onion and put the slices in the bottom of a Dutch oven. Lay the ribs on top, and pour the broth, lemon juice, soy sauce, and liquid smoke over the meat
Bake for about 4 hours. Should be falling apart.
