Enchiladas a la Craig

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Old El Paso green enchilada sauce
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 box frozen taquitos
  • Shredded cheese

Instructions

Stir together the cream of mushroom soup, enchilada sauce, and tomatoes. Cook until hot through and bubbling.

Arrange taquitos on the bottom of a casserole dish or 13x9 baking pan. Pour the sauce over the top, then a generous layer of shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
