Onion Crunch Chicken

Based on a recipe from Hello Fresh: Sheet Pan Dijon Onion Crunch Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Honey mustard dressing
  • Fried onions (the kind that come dried)
  • Shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.

Crush some fried onions and mix with shredded cheese.

Place chicken on the sheet pan and brush with dressing. Mound the fried onion and cheese on top and press to adhere.

Bake on middle rack, about 15 minutes at 425.
